WE ARE A BREAD MAKING ATELIER BASED IN MALLORCA
At co-pain we produce a wide range of artisanal organic sourdough breads and pastries. Our focus is to supply chefs around the balearic islands with the best products to serve their clients. All of our goods are made here in our Mallorcan atelier to best accommodate the local demand.
Our products
We source all of our flours from one of the last standing 100% organic French mill. In an effort to promote local culture, our olive oil, olives and carob flour come from Mallorca.
Loafs of bread
We offer a wide variety of bread loafs which we sell whole or pre cut. They are available in different flavors. Our loafs are pre baked at 80% and delivered frozen.
Foccacias & pan de cristal
True Italian style focaccias, perfect to accompany a starter. Also enjoy our version of the cristal bread, famous for its airiness and unparalleled crunch.
Baguettes & twisted breads
Pick your favorite rendition of the traditional baguette. Our baguettes and twisted breads are pre baked at 80% and delivered frozen.
Round breads
Individual and family style round breads available in a wide variety of flours (carob, white flour, wheat, spelled and rye) and flavors natural, cereal or olive.
Pastries
We offer mini or regular sized croissant and chocolate croissants. Our pastries are delivered pre-fermented but unbaked.
Burgers & brioches
Different sizes and flavors of burger, hot dog, brioche and kebab breads. Select the perfect base for your sandwiches. These products are delivered 100% cooked and frozen.
OUR HISTORY
Co-pain was founded by a French entrepreneur and gastronomy lover. When Antoine first visited Mallorca, he fell in love with it and soon moved to the island, but as a true Frenchman, his favorite part of any meal is to dip a fresh piece of bread in the leftover sauce. Unable to find French quality breads on the island, he decided to create his own artisanal workshop and supply company, seeking to surround himself with a team of the most talented bread makers to develop the perfect recipes.
